Wonderful small place, it has great location very close to Close to the bars and the grocery store and walking distance to boardwalk. The staff are accommodating and the room was large with a bath tub. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast.

The location.
We hated the view, we go a view of the dumpster! We wanted to switch to ocean view and room wasn't available. The guest relation services would leave early and didn't always have the information I needed. That department really needed improvement,

Pool and beach access were great.
Rooms were a little shabby, some corners not clean. Maid service was not standard and minimal when delivered. Staff was unclear about the room view and we ended up in a horrible view room with no options to change.
